Sarah Weber Gallo’s evening-length dance theatre piece “The Magic Hour” was recently a featured selection of the New York City Independent Theatre Film Festival. She is a senior dancer with the Metropolitan Opera Ballet, Dance Director at Mile Square Theatre, an adjunct professor of Ballet at Montclair State University, and the recipient of the Excellence in Arts Education award by the New Jersey Theatre Association. Sarah’s experimental and improvisation-based choreography has been produced nationally and internationally, and she received the New Works award from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. Sarah holds an M.F.A. in Dance from U.W.M. and a B.A. in Psychology from Goucher College, and is a former Radio City Rockette.
