The Joffrey Ballet School presents the Joffrey NY Contemporary Ballet Winter Workshop! From December 28-30, 2026, this 3-day experience is designed for advanced and pre-professional dancers seeking intensive training in contemporary ballet and related disciplines. The program blends classical foundations with contemporary technique, athletic partnering, and artistic exploration.

Under Artistic Director Bradley Shelver, dancers will engage in daily ballet technique, contemporary ballet repertory, pointe or male technique classes, contemporary, modern, and partnering classes that reflect today’s professional expectations. The workshop supports the school’s mission of cultivating versatile, expressive, and technically proficient artists prepared for the demands of the contemporary ballet world.

This workshop is part of the Summer Sampler series; a multi-day workshop to experience what we offer during the worldwide Joffrey Ballet School summer intensives. No audition required.
