Robert is dedicated to fostering a community where dancers of all backgrounds, identities, and training levels feel respected and empowered. He prioritizes building confidence through encouragement; carving the space for growth through supportive communication, and thoughtful guidance. With this intention, his studios and rehearsal environments are crafted to be both welcoming and creatively curious. Robert’s deep passion for community encourages artists at any place in their career to thrive and express their artistic selves to their fullest ability.
