Rebecca is a distinguished dance educator and adjudicator, holding a Licentiate from the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) in London and an Associate qualification from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD).

For over three decades, Rebecca has imparted her expertise in universities, private studios, and company schools. She has fostered the development of numerous students who have been accepted into esteemed training programs such as the School of American Ballet and the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School at American Ballet Theater, and who have gone on to perform with professional companies including Ballet Austin, Sacramento Ballet, State Street Ballet, and BalletX.

Rebecca‘s extensive professional engagements include serving on the teaching faculty of the American Academy of Ballet, where she also held the position of Executive Coordinator and International Judge for their Performance Awards program under the direction of Mignon Furman. She was also the Head Children’s Instructor at the Gelsey Kirkland Academy.

Currently, Rebecca holds faculty positions at both Ballet Hispanico and The Academy at Steps on Broadway. Rebecca directs International Dance Acclaim (IDA) and adjudicates the program nationally and internationally, and formerly co-directed Ballet Extensions with Jessica Howard, a Hall of Fame gymnast. Additionally, she frequently conducts masterclasses at prominent events such as the Dance Teacher Summit NYC, Dance Teacher Web, Dance Teacher Summit LA, Toronto Dance Teacher Expo, Calgary Dance Teacher Expo, and US Ballet Associates. Rebecca is excited to be returning to the faculty of the Joffrey Ballet School’s summer intensive program this year.
