Natalie Palmgren is a Los Angeles–based dancer, choreographer, and teacher. She holds dual BFA degrees in Dance Performance and Dance Choreography from the University of California, Irvine (UCI), where she trained with renowned faculty including Lar Lubovitch, Vitor Luiz, and Tong Wang. During her time at UCI, Natalie performed extensively in both classical and contemporary repertory and distinguished herself as a choreographer, creating works for numerous department productions.
Since graduating, Natalie has freelanced with numerous California-based companies, including Oakland Ballet, Ballet Red, Luminario Ballet, Hollywood Ballet, West Coast Ballet, and Pacific Ballet Dance Theater. Appearances include galas, music videos, films, live concerts, and performances at venues, namely The Greek Theatre, The Kennedy Center, and the World Expo in Osaka, Japan. She has worked with notable choreographers such as Ido Tadmor, Josie Walsh, Tara Ghassemieh, and Ludvig Ispiryan.
In 2024, she expanded her performance career into ballroom dance as an Exhibition Cabaret competitor and earned multiple first-place recognitions. She choreographs for private events and has had her work featured in Choreographer Collection Los Angeles (ChoCoLA), West Coast Ballet, Hollywood Ballet, and National Choreographer Month dance festival (NaChMo). Natalie currently teaches at numerous dance studios around Los Angeles and creates choreography for rhythmic gymnasts.
