Kaitlyn is the Senior Program Manager for the NYC Trainees at Joffrey Ballet School, where she has been an integral part of the team since 2023. In her role, she oversees the program’s operations, supporting the growth and development of young dancers as they pursue their training and professional goals.

Alongside her administrative leadership, Kaitlyn teaches Mat Pilates, bringing a decade of experience as a movement educator. Prior to joining Joffrey, she taught Pilates at Equinox, Core Pilates NYC, and various boutique studios throughout New York City. She is comprehensively certified in both Mat and Apparatus Pilates through Core Pilates NYC.

Kaitlyn holds a Master’s degree in Performing Arts Administration from New York University and is passionate about combining her background in arts administration with her expertise in movement and dance to help support and inspire the next generation of dancers.
