Jose Narvaez is a Texas born and raised performer. He recently graduated with his Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance from Sam Houston State University where he trained in various dance styles and focused on choreography. Even though performing has always been his passion, Jose has found a new recent passion in working with young artists. Jose has choreographed numerous works in various studios in the Rio Grande Valley and all throughout Texas. He has also worked at an overnight summer camp for campers ages 6-17 for three summers and at the American Musical Dramatic Academy (AMDA) High School Conservatory. Jose’s recent experience was working as an Instructor of Residence Life at Interlochen Center for the Arts, one of the top performing arts boarding schools in the nation. Jose is excited to be joining the JBS team this summer as an RCA in NYC and an RAA Lead in Detroit!
