Job Description
The Technology Integration Manager is a dynamic, cross-functional role that bridges technical systems, automation, and operational workflows to support the day-to-day efficiency of Joffrey Ballet School. This position requires a strong mix of hands-on tech skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with both administrative and creative teams.
This individual will be responsible for managing the digital infrastructure and backend systems that support internal processes, faculty communication, form workflows, user accounts, website content, and performance ticketing. The ideal candidate is organized, self-directed, and capable of learning new platforms quickly. They will plan, organize, and direct the development, integration, and project management of technology systems within our organization. They will be responsible for overseeing the management of technology development, design, installation, testing, administration, and documentation of all our integrated technology systems.
Qualifications, Requirements & Competencies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with: Zapier, Airtable, WordPress, Gravity Forms, Make, Google Workspace Admin Console
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or the ability to adapt scripting logic for automations
- Comfort using Photoshop for simple image edits
- Familiarity WordPress page builders (Elementor or Cornerstone)
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Prior experience in education, arts administration, or nonprofit settings a plus

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Implementation of PCR Educator
- Joffrey Ballet School will be moving many of its internal databases and processes to PCR Educator. This position will be involved in all aspects of this implementation and once implemented will handle all technical aspects of the software
Automation Workflow Management
- Build and manage forms using Gravity Forms and Airtable
- Connect forms to third-party apps (e.g., Google Sheets, Dropbox, Mailgun, Monday.com) via Zapier and/or Make
- Maintain and troubleshoot recurring automations (Zapier, Make and Airtable Automations)
- Write or modify JavaScript-based code snippets for advanced Airtable or Zapier use cases
- Export and format form response data into Google Sheets or Excel for reporting
Database & Platform Administration
- Build and support Airtable bases, including relational design, formulas, linked records, and automations
- Create views and filters for department-specific data accessibility
Google Workspace Administration
- Manage user accounts and Google Groups within the Admin Console
- Reset passwords and troubleshoot locked accounts
- Create new email addresses and adjust permissions based on role needs
Website Content & Infrastructure Support
- Update website content through WordPress (experience with HTML/CSS a plus)
- Assist with light design layout, basic troubleshooting, and cross-page consistency
- Create and manage custom post types to support dynamic content needs across the site
Event Ticketing & Distribution (AudienceView)
- Set up and manage events in AudienceView
- Create and distribute comp tickets for performances
- Coordinate ticket access for staff, faculty, and VIPs as needed
Technical Support & Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Provide internal tech support and troubleshooting for common operational platforms
- Collaborate across departments to scope needs and implement tools or workflows that serve artistic, operations, and health & wellness functions
- Take a lead role in process improvement and redesign of legacy systems to better support organizational scale
- Ensure sensitive data, account access, and workflow configurations are handled with discretion and security
