Athena King is from Birmingham, Michigan. She is currently a Studio Company Artist with Louisville Ballet and pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. King has experience teaching at Ann Parsley School of Dance and The Turning Pointe. She has also worked retail at Tutus and Tendus, engaging with young dancers and families. As a resident herself, she has attended multiple summer intensives. She has also spent several summers working as a lifeguard. Fun facts about King: she loves card games and listening to music. She is excited to spend her summer with Joffrey.
