Peyton is originally from a small town in Oklahoma but moved to Orange County, CA, to pursue her education at her dream school, Chapman University. She double majored in Dance and Psychology, with a minor in Integrated Educational Studies. Throughout her time at Chapman, Peyton gained valuable experience working with students and within the arts community. She served as a resident advisor and lead, where she supported students’ personal growth and fostered a sense of community within residence life. Peyton also worked as a campus tour guide and office assistant for the Dance Department, helping with administrative tasks and promoting the arts on campus.
Peyton was highly involved across campus, contributing to the Dance Department Advisory Council, conducting dance research, and holding leadership roles in her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega. As an active member of several honor societies, she gained skills in leadership, collaboration, and student engagement. After graduating in May 2025, Peyton plans to pursue a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology while continuing to nurture her dance performance aspirations. Her diverse experience in arts administration, student leadership, and wellness positions her to make meaningful contributions to student development and the arts.
