Mia Generoso, originally from Norwalk, CT, is a senior at Columbia University majoring in Dance and English Literature. At Columbia, Mia has served as the President of CoLab Performing Arts Collective and the Development Director for Columbia Ballet Collaborative in addition to being involved with both organizations as a performer and choreographer. Off campus, Mia has worked as an administrative assistant and adult beginner ballet teacher at Bridge for Dance and as a substitute teacher at her home dance studio, Norwalk Metropolitan Youth Ballet. Mia has further pursued her passion for education as an English tutor for the online learning platform Ringle and as an early years volunteer at The Story Museum in Oxford, UK, where she studied abroad during her junior year. She was a Resident Community Advisor for the Joffrey Ballet School summer intensives last summer and is very excited to be returning to the New York City team this summer!
