McCall Schlosser will be a rising senior at The University of Alabama and is double majoring in Dance and Psychology with a minor in Nutrition. Her coursework in psychology and nutrition along with personal experience from dance has equipped her with the knowledge of injury prevention, proper nutrition, and exercises that promote positive mental health and wellbeing. At Alabama, she is involved in her sorority Zeta Tau Alpha, Dance Alabama, and an active member of the Wellness Society. This involvement has given her great interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and ability to build community. She has had tremendous experience with residence life from living in a dorm to living in the sorority house. Outside of the University in the spring semester of her Freshman Year, she began teaching at Druid City School of Ballet. McCall has taught Creative Movement 3 and 4, Pre-ballet 1 and 2, and Beginner Ballet 1. She is from New Orleans, Louisiana and each December travels back to be a soloist for the Delta Festival Ballet. She looks forward to joining the Joffrey team as a Resident Community Advisor in New York City this summer!
