Joelis Martinez Santiago is originally from Carolina, Puerto Rico. Currently pursuing a major in Contemporary Dance at The Boston Conservatory at Berklee, Joelis has accumulated significant experience in leadership, student engagement, and teamwork. She is a part of the Campus Life Staff at Berklee, working with students during orientation, organizing events throughout the year, and fostering community among the student body. This is her second year working for The Joffrey Ballet School, where she has worked extensively with students and dancers, fostering a supportive and creative environment. Additionally, Joelis has been actively involved in resident life, contributing to the well-being and engagement of the community. Her dedication to promoting an inclusive arts community has been evident through various initiatives and projects.
