Alison Wallace (she/her/hers) is currently a second-year Masters student at the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music, receiving a dual MA/MBA in Arts Administration. In the past, Alison was the Head Resident Advisor for two different apartment-style communities. She now continues to work in residence life during the school year as a Graduate Assistant for the Audre Lorde Social Justice Community, which is a residential community that focuses on gender-inclusive housing and social justice initiatives. Last summer, Alison worked with Joffrey Ballet School as an RCA for New York City and the RAA Lead for Los Angeles. She is beyond excited to return to New York City as an RCA Lead!
