NYC Meal Plan

Meal plan is not mandatory for dancers residing in NYC Housing.
The meal plan will be removed if your dancer has special dietary needs.
Simply, email the registrar ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) after registering and it will be removed from your account and all fees will be credited back to our account.

The NYC MEAL PLAN includes TWO MEALS per day for the dancers choice consisting of the following below. ** These are an example menu and the actual menu will vary. **

COSI SAMPLE MEAL

B: BREAKFAST     D: DINNER

Monday:

B: hard boiled egg, 8 oz parfait cup w/ strawberries, multigrain bagel w/ cream cheese

D: turkey light sandwich on cosi multigrain bread, side mixed greens salad w/ balsamic vinaigrette, side of carrots, small cookie

 

Tuesday:

B: hard boiled egg, 8 oz fruit cup, blueberry muffin

D: large greek salad w/ chicken, small tomato basil soup, slice of multigrain cosi bread, side of carrots, small cookie

 

Wednesday:

B: hard boiled egg, small oatmeal w/ side of raisins, strawberries and brown sugar

D: adobo chicken rice bowl w/ multi-grain rice, slice of multigrain cosi bread, side of carrots, small cookie

 

Thursday:

B: hard boiled egg, 8 oz fuit cup, multigrain bagel w/ cream cheese

D: 1/2 cosi club sandwich, 1/2 signature salad, slice of multigrain cosi bread, side of carrots, small cookie

 

Friday:

B: santa fe breakfast wrap (eggs, bacon, gouda cheese, pico de gallo & sun-dried tomato spread wrapped inside a warm tortilla), banana

D:  kids size margherita pizza, side caesar salad, small cookie

 

Saturday:

B: hard boiled egg, croissant, 8oz parfait cup w/ strawberries

D: signature salad w/ chicken, 8 oz fruit, slice of multigrain cosi bread, small cookie

 

Sunday:

B: hard boiled egg, multigrain bagel w/ cream cheese, & banana

D: chicken, tomato, basil and mozzarella sandwich on cosi multigrain bread, side mixed greens salad w/ fat-free balsamic vinaigrette, side of carrots, small cookie

Breakfast Menu

Self-service Bar: Vanilla and strawberry yogurt, fruit salad, granola, muesli, seasonal hand fruit, whole wheat, white and rye bread, bagels, muffins, salsa, cheddar cheese and tortillas, Assorted cereals.

Scrambled eggs, scrambled egg whites, bacon, pork and turkey sausages, pancakes, French toast sticks and hash brown potatoes.

Coffee, tea, Milk, soy milk, fruit punch and lemon aide.

 

Dinner Menu

 

Salad Bar Chopped Romaine, Iceberg and vegetable salad mix, Baby spinach Mushrooms, tuna, tofu, grilled chicken, hard boiled eggs, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, feta cheese, quinoa, wheat berries, edamame, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, fruit salad, pasta salad

French dressing, Italian dressing, ranch dressing, Caesar dressing, balsamic dressing, honey mustard dressing, oil and vinegar

Assorted dinner rolls and butter.

 

Monday: Grilled chicken breast, tomato and herb salsa, Brown rice with dried fruit and almonds, tofu stir fry, mac and cheese, steamed green beans

 

Tuesday: Baked ziti, penne primavera with roast chicken and basil pesto, broccoli with garlic and lemon, mac and cheese, eggplant parmesan

 

Wednesday: Almond crusted Basa fillet, lemon and mustard sauce, Rice pilaf, roasted summer squash, fresh tomato and basil, mac and cheese, steamed green beans

 

Thursday: Swiss steak with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, edamame and corn succotash, mac and cheese

 

Friday: Grilled burgers, veggie burgers, summer vegetables, hot dogs, BBQ Chicken, mac and cheese, corn on the cob, Green bean casserole

 

Saturday: Baked stuffed shells, cheese manicotti, Vegetable Lasagna, Chicken Parmesan, steamed broccoli

 

Sunday: Chicken and vegetable pot pie, roasted potatoes, vegetable medley, mac and cheese, Tofu stir fry

 

Dessert Bar

  • Chocolate and Carrot cake 
  • Chocolate, vanilla and rice pudding 
  • Seasonal hand fruit and pies 
  • Jello 
  • Assorted toppings to include whipped cream, dried fruit, Oreo cookies.

HOW TO ADD MEALS TO YOUR ACCOUNT:

ALL DANCERS IN HOUSING WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ENROLLED IN THE MEAL PLAN.

Dancers are free to purchase sushi and or additional food at extra cost

NYC MEAL PLAN, OPT OUT DEADLINE IS 04.20.13: If you do not want to secure meals for your dancer at the premiere dining facility where all of the dancers will be socializing, dining, having fun in a safe and controlled environment email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , subject "Meal Plan Opt-Out", include the dancers first and last name in the body of the email. Your account will be updated and no additional action will be required. If you are not in housing and would like to add meals to your account please follow the below instructions:

  1. Login to your Online Account

  2. Click on the "Purchase a Meal Plan" tab:

  3. Select a meal plan option for the weeks you are registered and click the Continue button. Only the weeks you have registered for will display here. You will be able to make a payment once a meal plan is selected:
